Between 14:10 and 15:40 UTC, crawl sessions experienced 30–60 s delays due to a Playwright worker pool exhaustion. We scaled the pool and all sessions completed normally. No data was lost.

Supabase storage signed-URL expiry
Screenshot signed URLs expired faster than expected after a Supabase storage policy update, causing broken images in the AI testing results panel. Fixed by switching to longer-lived tokens and adding a base64 fallback.
